SFPD Make Four Homicide Arrests

On February 19, 2014, the Homicide Detail arrested two people in connection with a murder that occurred on November 5, 2013. The homicide occurred on the unit block of Yale Street, and the victim was killed during a home invasion robbery. The two suspects arrested on February 19, were Nestor Torres, 25 years old from Oakland and Blanca Torres, 21 years old also from Oakland.

On February 21, 2014, SFPD patrol officers arrested Clifton Thomas, 24 years old of San Francisco, while he was walking in Visitation Valley. Later that same night, Homicide investigators arrested Jasmine Ward, 34 years old of San Francisco. All four suspects were arrested for homicide, burglary, and robbery.
