$100,000 REWARD Victim Terrell Rollins The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $100,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Terrell Rollins. On May 4,2006, Terrell Rollins was murdered at 269 Bayshore Boulevard while he waited for his vehicle to be repaired.
