HOMICIDE $100,000 REWARD The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $100,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder. On September 18, 2018, at approximately 10:20 pm, Ryan Sacdalan was shot on the corner of 46th Ave and Moraga St. Sacdalan were fleeing an altercation when he stuck in the back. Sacdalan passed away from his injuries at the scene.
