REWARD $25,000.00 RAPHAEL PRICE ROLAND WHITE HOMICIDE VICTIMS The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $25,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting deaths of Raphael Price and Roland White. On October 11, 2004, at 12:01 AM, Mr. Price and Mr. White were shot and killed while standing on the corner of 3rd St. and Newcomb Avenue. The shooting occurred when a vehicle pulled up to the scene and a man got out of the vehicle and began shooting randomly at the 50+ people congregating on the block. The suspect then re-entered the vehicle and fled on 3rd Street from Newcomb Avenue.
