Homicide Victim Mariah Qualls On December 9, 2009, the body of Mariah “Matthew” Qualls was found by hotel management at the Golden Eagle Hotel located at 402 Broadway, San Francisco, CA. It appeared that the victim had been murdered within two days of the discovery of her body.
