On February 15, 2006, at 2302 hours, Jermaine Cooper was shot and killed while inside the residence at 1130 Palou Avenue. Jermaine Cooper is believed to be the target of a home invasion robbery. Cooper was shot once and died in the hospital a few hours later. Jermaine Cooper was a college student in the East Bay and the father of a baby daughter.
