SFPD Arrest Human Trafficking Suspects

On January 28, 2016, Police Officers from SFPD’s Mission Station, along with officers from the Special Victims Unit, arrested three suspects who forced a juvenile to participate in commercial sex. The suspects were apprehended when the juvenile teen victim walked into Mission Police Station to report that she had been kidnapped and forced to commit commercial sex acts by a group of suspects.

The first suspect is identified as Randall Stovall, 21 year old male, San Leandro resident. Stovall was arrested on felony charges of human trafficking, kidnapping, rape, conspiracy, pimping, pandering, and child endangerment.

The second suspect is identified as Gregory Gamble, 22 year old male, Oakland resident. Gamble was arrested on felony charges of human trafficking, kidnapping, pimping, pandering, and conspiracy.

The third suspect is identified as Kheyaira Franklin, 18 year old female, San Leandro resident. Franklin was arrested on felony charges of human trafficking, kidnapping, pimping, pandering, conspiracy, and child endangerment, all felony charges.

Booking photos of the suspects will not be released at this time due to pending identification matters.
