SFPD Arrest Arkansas Street Homicide Suspect

On Friday, May 6, 2016 at approximately 10:54 AM, San Francisco Police responded to 400 block of Arkansas Street regarding a possible stabbing. The victim, later identified as Marlene “Marla” Zamora, 65 years old, was found inside the residence unconscious and not breathing. Aid was immediately rendered but unfortunately she was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Based on evidence obtained during the course of the investigation, Angelo Zamora, 20 year old resident of San Francisco, was arrested and booked at San Francisco County Jail for murder and local traffic warrants. Attached is Angelo’s booking photo.
