SFPD Arrest Hot Prowl Burglary Suspect at McKinnon St

On June 19th, 2016, at 10:20PM San Francisco Police Officers from Bayview Police Station arrested a subject for a hot prowl burglary located at the 1700 block of McKinnon Avenue in San Francisco.

The suspect forced entry through a sliding glass door and walked in to the homeowner’s bedroom. The homeowner woke up and began screaming. The suspect then fled out the back door. The victim alerted police to the fact that the suspect was hiding in her backyard.

The suspect Veronica Barahona, 37 year-old female, was arrested for one count of first degree burglary.
