At the scene, officers located Manuel O’Neal, David Saucier II, Harith Atchan, and Yalani Chinyamurindi inside a vehicle; each was shot multiple times. Officers summoned an ambulance and rendered aid, but unfortunately, all four victims succumbed to their injuries.
