Criminal Threats Suspect Arrested By SFPD 18-050(a)

On April 6th, 2018, San Francisco Police officers were contacted by several community members regarding the whereabouts of Dustin Hamilton. At approximately 5:57 AM, SFPD Southern Station officers located Hamilton in the area of 4th Street and King Street and took him into custody without incident. Hamilton was in possession of two firearms when he was arrested.


SFPD notified San Jose Police Department (SJPD) investigators of the arrest. SJPD is working with SFPD and is the lead agency on the case for the incidents that happened in San Jose. Hamilton will be booked into the San Francisco County Jail on multiple warrants out of San Francisco and San Jose. Additional charges may be pending. A booking photo is unavailable at this time.
