HOMICIDE $250,000 REWARD The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $250,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Manuel O’Neal, David Saucier II, Harith Atchan and Yalani Chinyamurindi. Manuel O’Neal David Saucier II Harith Atchan Yalani Chinyamurindi On January 09, 2015, at approximately 10:00 pm, Manuel O’Neal, David Saucier II, Harith Atchan and Yalani Chinyamurindi were shot multiple times, while in a vehicle on the 300 block of Laguna Street. Manuel O’Neal, David Saucier II, Harith Atchan and Yalani Chinyamurindi were all pronounced dead at the scene.
