$25,000 REWARD The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $25,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the death of Warren Foster Jr. HOMICIDE VICTIM WARREN FOSTER JR. On Sunday morning, August 3, 2008, Mr. Warren Foster Jr. was found lying in front of 215 Paul Street with gunshot wounds to his body. Mr. Foster was subsequently transported to San Francisco General Hospital where he later died.
