$75,000 REWARD HOMICIDE VICTIM TONY McDOUGAL The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $75,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the death of Tony McDougal. On February 12, 2007, Mr. McDougal was driving his vehicle in the vicinity of Hayes and Baker Streets. Unknown person(s) fired several shots into his vehicle. Mr. McDougal was able to drive to the 500 block of Haight Street where he crashed into a bus shelter. Mr. McDougal died at San Francisco General Hospital.
