HOMICIDE $150,000 REWARD The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $150,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Edgar Alfonso Ibarra On November 28, 2006, at 1759 hours, Edgar Alfonso Ibarra was shot and killed on the 1200 block of Hampshire Street in San Francisco, California. The victim Ibarra was standing on the 1200 block of Hampshire Street when the suspect approached him. The suspect produced a handgun and shot the victim Ibarra several times killing him. The suspect then fled in a waiting vehicle.
