$100,000 REWARD The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $100,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Allen Leung. On February 27,2006, at approximately 15:50 hours, Allen Leung was murdered inside his business at 603 Jackson street, San Francisco.
