On April 28th, 2005, a long-term resident of 516 O’Farrell Street was found dead in his room. His death may have resulted from an encounter he had as he entered his room with a shopping bag. The investigation is on going. We are seeking information from anyone who witnessed this incident, saw the victim recently, knows anything about this incident, or can provide more information about the victim in general.
