REWARD $10,000 HOMICIDE VICTIM JUSTIN MENDOZA The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Justin Mendoza. On March 21, 2005, at approximately 2:00 AM, Justin Mendoza was shot and killed at the intersection of 19th Street and Indiana Street in San Francisco. There were numerous people in the intersection at the time of the shooting and five other persons were hit by gunfire. The shooting occurred just up the street from the Cocomo Nightclub, where attendees had just exited the club following a dance.
