$10,000.00 REWARD Victim FELIX CHULIM The Mayor’s Office is offering a reward of $10,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the death of Felix Chulim and On January 23,2005, at 0132 hours, Felix Chulim and Victor Baa-Euan were shot and killed while standing in front of 2276 Mission street, in San Francisco. The assailant(s) drove a 4-door Mazda, Honda, or Subaru of varying color descriptions. The suspect(s) fired several shots at the victims, without any apparent motive or provocation. Both victims died at the scene. One suspect is described as Asian/ Hispanic male in his early 20’s wearing a light colored baseball cap. There were two other passengers in the suspect vehicle. The vehicle fled south on Mission Street.
