San Francisco Police Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Juvenile At-Risk 23-045

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile at-risk.  

Jewl Rayford was last seen at her middle school located on the 400 block of 30th Ave. at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.  

Jewl Rayford is described as a 12-year-old female, 4’7”, 120 pounds, black hair styled in straight back braids, brown eyes, and wears dental braces. Jewl was last seen wearing black tights and black and white tennis shoes. She is considered “at-risk” due to possible suspicious circumstances which is not being disclosed at this time.
