San Francisco Police Arrest Second Suspect in Connection with February 6th Kidnapping Investigation 21-032(a)

On February 17, 2021, at approximately 1:30 PM, San Francisco Police Investigators located 27- year-old German Morazan of San Francisco near the intersection of Crisp Road and Quesada Avenue.

Morazan was wanted in connection with the February 6th child kidnapping incident and was placed under arrest without incident by members of the SFPD Tactical Unit.

Morazan was later booked on the following charges: 2 counts of Kidnapping (207(a) PC), 2 counts of Child Endangerment (273(a) (A) PC), Auto Theft (10851(a) VC), Robbery (211 PC), Aggravated Assault (245 (A)(1) PC), Aggravated Kidnapping (209 (B)(1) PC), and Conspiracy (182(a) PC).

All suspects wanted in connection with the kidnapping have been arrested.

The San Francisco Police Department would like to acknowledge and thank the public for their concern for the wellbeing of the children. Information regarding the abduction was shared quickly on social media and it was apparent that residents of San Francisco were actively looking for the van and sharing information.
