Southern Station - Officer of the Month - December 2020

Captain Timothy Falvey has named Officer Ryan Elrod as Officer Of the Month for December!

Officer Elrod grew up in Martinez, California. He attended UC Davis where he earned degrees in both Psychology and Communications. His education has served him well in his service to San Francisco. Officer Elrod joined the San Francisco Police Department a little over five years ago. Some of his previous assignments were at Tenderloin and Central Stations working patrol and some plainclothes assignments. Ryan is now assigned to the Swing Watch at Southern Station. When he’s working he enjoys connecting with and getting to know the community he serves. On his off time, he enjoys working out, powerlifting, or hiking with friends and family.
