San Francisco Police Department Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Tribute Video
In 1963 President John F. Kennedy proclaimed May 15th as National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Day and the calendar week in which May 15th falls, as National Police Week. This year’s in-person remembrance ceremonies in Washington, D.C., and in cities across the United States, were canceled due to Covid-19.
In recognition of National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Day, the San Francisco Police Department produced a video tribute to remember law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty in 2019 and to acknowledge the sacrifices made by all members of law enforcement in the service of their communities.
We invite you to view the video.
