San Francisco Police Seek Public’s Help to Solve 2016 Homicide 19-110
San Francisco Police Homicide Inspectors are seeking assistance in solving the 2016 murder of Keron Lamotte.
On October 7, 2016 at 7:06PM, Mr. Lamotte was shot and killed as he observed an artist painting a mural on the side of a building at Plymouth Avenue and Broad Street. The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for Keron Lamotte’s murder.
Keron’s mother, Ms. Jones has commissioned a billboard announcing the reward. On Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 10:30AM, Keron’s mother will hold a news conference in front of the Ingleside Presbyterian Church located at 1345 Ocean Avenue to publicize the billboard and appeal for witnesses to come forward. Ms. Jones, along with Taraval Police Station Captain Nicholas Rainsford, representatives from the SFPD Homicide Detail and Media Relations staff will be available to the press.
