Prohibited Firearm

A call of a group of six men casing vehicles prompted dispatch to send Ingleside Officers Lee and Downs, along with over a dozen officers from other stations and Daly City Police Department’s K-9 unit. The officers spotted the suspects near Flood and Foerster Streets and ordered them to stop. But they didn’t and instead ran off in different directions. One of the suspects possessed a .40 caliber handgun and was quickly arrested while hiding nearby. He was taken to the Juvenile Justice Center for booking and the other five suspects were released at the scene. Report number: 180764146
