Richmond - Officer of the Month - August 2018

Meet Officer Laoagan, Richmond Station’s Officer of the month. La- oagan has been with the department for 1.5 years and has worked at Ingleside and Richmond Stations. He can be seen working a sector car on the day watch here in the Richmond District.

Laoagan grew up in the Central Valley and attended CSU East Bay in Hayward. Before becoming an Officer he worked security and taught and competed in Martial Arts across California.

Laoagan still enjoys training in Martial Arts to stay in shape and be ready for work. He also enjoys shooting, traveling, and spending time with his dog. When you see him out on patrol make sure to say hi!
