Park Station Newsletter - July 20, 2018

I thought I would take this time to bring everyone’s attention to the importance of Neighborhood Community groups. They really play a vital role in creating community spirit and keeping their neighborhoods safe. These groups typically meet once per month and keep their community informed as to what is happening in their neighborhood and community.

The groups work with the many city agencies to help solve issues in their neighborhood. They work with members of Park Station to help address crime problems in the neighborhood. Many times they see a situation that they believe may develop into a problem and resolve it before it does. They really serve as the finger on the pulse of the neighborhood or the boots on the ground.
