SFPD Seeks the Public's Assistance in the Identification of Arson Suspect
The SFPD is investigating a series of arson incidents in the South of Market area. The SFPD and SFFD have been working collaboratively in an effort to identify and apprehend the suspect(s) responsible for these events. Several of these events have involved construction sites, occupied buildings, and garbage receptacles. The police department believes it has obtained information of an individual responsible for these incidents and is now requesting the public’s assistance in identifying him.
Attached are three photos of the suspect. The suspect is the individual wearing a tan shirt and black SF Giants ball cap. In the still photos, the same suspect is wearing a blue-green checkered shirt and is captured on camera as he gains entry into the building.
