SFPD Seek Person of Interest in 'Suitcase with Human Remains' Incident

On 1/28/15 at approximately 1615 hours, San Francisco Police were called to the unit block of 11th Street regarding possible human remains. Officers located a suitcase containing possible human remains at the scene. Additional remains were located in a trash can half a block away from the original scene. The Medical Examiner was called to the scene and confirmed the remains were human.

San Francisco Police investigators are attempting to locate the below pictured person of interest in this incident. He is described as a white male, 50-early 60s, 5’7”-5’8”, wearing a pinstripe baseball hat, blue and orange jacket, light blue jeans. He may be transient.
