Rainbow Crew Strikes Again
On July 28, 2015 at 8:45PM, San Francisco Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Geary Blvd, regarding a burglary. Upon arrival, the store manager advised police that approximately 7 female and 2 male suspects rushed into the department store. They were all wearing hooded sweatshirts and beanies as they ransacked the entire store. The suspects focused their attention mostly towards cologne and perfume from the display racks until their bags were full. They then fled together on foot southbound from Geary Blvd.
The department store’s surveillance system caught the incident on video. Investigators from Richmond Station and allied law enforcement agencies worked with retail loss prevention representatives and were able to identify three of the nine suspects involved in this brazen act of thievery.
The outstanding suspects that were identified are the following:
-R’Mani Minard, 21, San Francisco resident. Wanted currently for several outstanding warrants from San Diego Co., Solano Co., Alameda Co., Pleasanton Police Department, and Walnut Creek Police Department. Violations include Robbery, Burglary, Assault with a Deadly weapon, and Theft.
-Mercedes Cannorier, 31, San Francisco resident. Currently on probation for burglary out of Los Angeles Co.
-Andrea Rose, 40, Oakland Resident. Wanted currently for outstanding narcotics violations out of San Francisco.
Photos of the suspects are currently withheld due to pending identification matters.
In this incident the rainbow crew stole over $11,000 in merchandise and are wanted for felony 2nd degree burglary and felony conspiracy. The actions of the suspects demonstrated preplanning and coordination and specific intent to enter the business and steal. The large group of suspects overwhelmed the store clerks as they ran through the store grabbing merchandise from various displays.
