SFPD Make Arrest in 2014 Homicide

On August 7, 2014 at approximately 8:30 AM, officers responded to the 900 block of Connecticut Street in the Bayview District on the report of a shooting. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered the victim, later identified as Paris Raynaldo, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. San Francisco Fire Department Medics were immediately summoned however Raynaldo was pronounced deceased at the scene.

As the SFPD’s Homicide Detail conducted their investigation, evidence developed which led to the arrest of Deandre Watson (male, 27 years old) on August 25, 2014 for Raynaldo’s murder.

The investigation into Raynaldo’s murder continued which further identified two other involved subjects, Maurice Bibbs (male, 28 years old) and Myesha Carr (female, 33 years old). A ten million dollar arrest warrant was issued for each Bibbs and Carr.

On the morning of October 8, 2015, the arrest warrant was served by SFPD’s Tactical Company. Bibbs was taken into custody on the 1500 block of Visalia Avenue in Richmond, CA without incident. He was booked on felony charges of murder, conspiracy, prohibited person in possession of a firearm, providing a firearm to a prohibited person, and accessory. Carr was already in custody in San Francisco on another charge and she was served with the warrant.

All three subjects are San Francisco residents and currently booked at SF County Jail. Attached are the booking photos for Watson, Carr, and Biggs.
