Taraval Station Newsletter - June 15, 2018

We are well into the middle of June and most of the children are out of school for summer vacation. Many children will be attending summer school. As a reminder, it is important to continue to obey all traffic laws and be aware of children around our schools, playgrounds, and in our neighborhoods.

We had a couple of incidents where people are still leaving their garage door remotes in their vehicle. In some of the incidents reported, the suspect had broken into the vehicle and used the remote to open the garage door. The burglar entered the house and burglarized it. We recommend that anyone who uses a removable garage door opener to take it with you when you leave your vehicle, especially if you park in front of your home.
