SFPD Seeks Public Assistance in Sexual Assault Investigation (17-128)

Investigators from the San Francisco Police Department Special Victims Unit (SVU) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a sexual assault suspect. On Monday, June 19, 2016, the suspect sexually assaulted the victim in the NoPa (North of the Panhandle) area of the Park District. The suspect and the victim had met socially prior to the assault.

Through the course of the investigation, SFPD SVU investigators identified 37 year-old San Francisco resident, Adrian Hernandez-Vasquez as the suspect in connection with the sexual assault. A $1,000,000.00 warrant has been issued for Hernandez-Vasquez’s arrest.
