SFPD is Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating a Missing Person At-Risk 23-146

The San Francisco Police Department's Missing Person Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person at risk.   

Mr. Minh Hy Thai was last seen on Monday, November 20, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m., on the 500 block of Parnassus Ave.   

Mr. Thai is described as a 79-year-old, 5’2”, 150 lbs, with gray hair, and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap with a dragon design (shown in the picture) and using a crutch with his right arm.  Mr. Thai is considered “at-risk” due to a pre-existing medical condition.   

Mr. Thai is also known to frequent the area of Chinatown.
