SFPD Seek Public's Assistance in Solving 2007 Homicide

San Francisco Police Homicide Inspectors are seeking assistance in solving the 2007 murder of Alberto Casillas.

On January 7, 2007 at 2:17 AM, Mr. Casillas was driving his silver GMC Yukon SUV in the area of 13th Street and Folsom when he was shot. He was transported to the hospital where he later died. The suspects had confronted Mr. Casillas earlier in the evening at Club Caliente and brandished a firearm during that encounter.

San Francisco Police Homicide Inspector Michael Morley and the mother of Mr. Casillas will be available for the media to answer questions pertaining to the case on Tuesday January 7, 2014 on the corner of 13th Street and Folsom at 2:00 PM.
