SFPD Make Arrest in Sexual Battery Incident

On July 10, 2015 the San Francisco Police Department opened an investigation into inappropriate sexual conduct by a massage therapist from a neuromuscular massage business located on the 400 block of Sutter Street.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the suspect was operating as a massage therapist without a valid state and/or local license. On July 21, 2015, the suspect was located at his place of business and subsequently arrested.

Nathanael Wells Willis, a 40 year old male of Vallejo, CA, was booked at San Francisco County Jail and charged with one felony count of forcible penetration with a foreign object and one felony count of sexual battery. A booking photo of Willis accompanies this press release.
