SFPD Make Arrest in Fatal Visitacion & Bayshore Collision

San Francisco Police Investigators from the Traffic Collision Investigations Unit (TCIU) along with officers from Ingleside Police Station executed an arrest warrant at a home in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley neighborhood in relation to a fatal hit and run collision from March 20, 2014.

Taken into custody is Nidra Stubbs, 31 years old of San Francisco. Stubbs was taken into custody at her residence at around 11:45 AM on April 10, 2014 without incident. Stubbs was booked at the San Francisco County Jail on felony hit and run and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges.

In this case, a female victim in her 80’s was crossing Visitacion Avenue in the crosswalk when she was struck by a Dodge Durango making a left turn onto Bayshore Blvd.

Investigators from the Traffic Collision Investigations Unit worked on investigative leads which identified the suspect.
