SFPD Make Arrest in Central District Homicide 18-026

On February 7th, 2018 at 6:38 PM San Francisco Police officers responded to 500 block of Post Street in the Central district regarding an unresponsive male in a wheelchair. Upon arrival, the officers found the victim, 21 year-old Andrew Emmett of San Francisco, suffering from numerous cuts and bruises. San Francisco Fire Department paramedics responded and attempted to render aid, but unfortunately Emmett had already succumbed to his injuries.

SFPD Homicide Investigators began an investigation that led to the identification of several suspects. On February 8th, 2018 at approximately 2:00 PM, SFPD and Petaluma Police Department officers served search warrants on the 100 block of Marshall Avenue in Petaluma, CA. Based on the information obtained during the investigation, the following suspects were arrested:

Christopher Hardee, 47 years old, Petaluma resident, booked into San Francisco County Jail on charges of homicide, robbery, burglary, and conspiracy.

Nicole Hardee, 40 years old, Petaluma resident, booked into San Francisco County Jail on charges of homicide, robbery, burglary, and conspiracy.

Kayleb Hardee, 21 years old, Petaluma resident, booked in absentia on charges of homicide, robbery, burglary, and conspiracy.

Due to pending identification matters, the suspects’ booking photos will not be released at this time.
