SFPD ICAC Investigators Arrest Child Pornography Suspect - Gilbert Francisco 17-191

In November 2017, the San Francisco Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit began an investigation of an individual who was uploading and trading graphic child pornography through the internet.

On December 14, 2017 SFPD investigators served a search warrant at a residence in San Francisco on the 100 block of Curtis Street.

During the search investigators located a media device belonging to one of the residents, forty-one year-old, Gilbert Francisco. Investigators found thousands of child pornography videos and images on Francisco’s computer.

Francisco was arrested and booked San Francisco County Jail for possession of child pornography, possession of over 600 files of child pornography and three counts of distribution of child pornography.
