San Francisco Police Make Arrests in Mission District Homicide 21-089

On Monday, March 29, 2021, at approximately 9:05 p.m., San Francisco Police officers from Mission Station responded to the area of 24th and Mission Streets for a report of a shooting. Officers arrived and located two male victims, ages 23 and 26, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The 23-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries where he would later recover. The 26-year-old victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Through the course of the investigation, investigators in the San Francisco Police Department Homicide Detail identified two suspects in the incident. Those suspects were identified as 20-year-old Keshon Wilson of San Francisco and 37-year-old Arthur Grady of Stockton.

On April 30, 2021, investigators from the SFPD Homicide Detail and the Night Investigation Unit, along with members from the SFPD Tactical Unit served an arrest warrant on the 1600 block of Revere Avenue in San Francisco. Wilson was taken into custody without incident and was later transported to the San Francisco County Jail and booked on charges of murder (187 PC), attempted murder (664/187), assault likely to create serious bodily injury (245(a)(4) PC), and assault with a firearm (245(a)(2) PC).

On Wednesday May 5, 2021, investigators from the SFPD Homicide Detail and the Night Investigation Unit, along with members from the SFPD Tactical Unit served an arrest warrant on the unit block of South Linden Avenue in South San Francisco. Grady was taken into custody without incident and was later transported to San Francisco County Jail and booked on charges of accessory after the fact (32 PC).
