San Francisco Police Investigate Haight - Ashbury Shooting Incident 20-016

On February 8, 2020 at approximately 11:34 PM, San Francisco Police officers from the Park District Station responded to the 500 block of Ashbury Street regarding a shooting. Upon arrival, they determined that an off-duty federal agent had been involved in a shooting.

The SFPD officers rendered aid to an adult male subject who was suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFGH) where he is listed in non-life threatening condition. The federal agent was not injured.

The SFPD Homicide Detail is investigating this incident.
