San Francisco Police Arrests Suspect in Bayview Homicide Incident 22-181

On Friday, December 23, 2022, at approximately 7:37 a.m., San Francisco Police Officers assigned to Bayview Station responded to the unit block of Navy Road for a report of two unresponsive juveniles.  When officers arrived on scene, they met with both parents who directed them to the juveniles inside the home.  Officers immediately rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. Despite the lifesaving efforts of the emergency responders, the victims, a 1-year-old female, and a 5-year-old female, were pronounced deceased on scene.   

The San Francisco Medical Examiner responded to the scene and conducted their investigation. 

The San Francisco Police Department Homicide Unit was notified of the suspicious death incident and took over the investigation.   

Through the course of the investigation, the investigators identified the suspect as 34-year-old female Paulesha Green of San Francisco.  Investigators developed probable cause to arrest Green, who was later booked and transported to San Francisco County Jail #1 for two counts of homicide (187 PC).
