San Francisco Police Are Seeking Public Assistance in Locating Potrero Hill Homicide Suspect 21-216

On Friday, November 19, 2021, at approximately 9:51 p.m., San Francisco Police officers from Bayview Station responded to the 600 block of Connecticut Street for a report of a person down. Officers arrived on scene and located 25-year-old San Francisco resident Danta Spruell suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. Despite life-saving efforts, Spruell was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The SFPD Homicide Detail is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying and locating the homicide suspect. (See attached crime bulletin).
