San Francisco Police Announces $25,000 Reward for Information in August 2023 Homicide 23-099(a)

Cold Case Homicide Victim Relondo Jacori Bell

On Thursday, August 3, 2023, at approximately 9:43 p.m., dispatch received a 9-1-1 call from a person advising they had been shot. Officers arrived on scene at the unit block of Kelloch Street and located a 22-year-old male victim, who was later identified as Relondo Jacori Bell, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. 

Medics transported Bell to a local hospital for life-threatening injuries. Despite the lifesaving efforts of emergency responders and the hospital staff, Mr. Bell succumbed to his injuries. 

The SFPD Homicide Detail is leading the investigation.  

The San Francisco Police Department is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Relondo Jacori Bell. A bulletin announcing this reward is attached to this news release.
