Richmond Station Newsletter - August 16, 2018

Recently a family visiting San Francisco on a “Make a Wish” trip with their son had their car burglarized. A concerned citizen called the police and was able to take a photo of the get away vehicle. Officers arrived and assisted the family with the police report and detailing the items stolen. The one item the family wanted back was their son’s Beats by Dre Headphones, that he had saved up for and bought during his time in cancer treatment.

The Officers told the family that the burglars often discard items they deem not valuable near the scene and they may locate their stolen items soon. The family gave them their information but didn't have high hopes. Officers located most of the stolen items shortly after and alerted the family to come to Richmond Station to retrieve the items.
