Officer Involved Shooting Update

OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING UPDATE: The San Francisco Police Department this morning briefed news media regarding Thursday’s officer involved shooting, and provided a photo of the knife wielded by the man in the incident. Investigators have interviewed several witnesses and are asking others who may have been in the area to step forward, particularly if they have cellphone video or pictures of the incident.
