Missing Person Found 20-069

On July 6, 2020, the San Francisco Police Department’s Special Victims Unit (SVU) opened a missing person’s investigation regarding Dawn Manson who drove to San Francisco in June of 2020 to stay with her boyfriend. After losing contact with Manson, her mother reported her missing.

On July 7, 2020, the SFPD investigator assigned to the case received word from Manson’s mother that Manson was in Southern California. The investigator coordinated with law enforcement in Southern California who located Mason and determined that she was unharmed and in good health. The SFPD investigator notified the family who is expected to travel to Southern California to meet her.
