Missing Juvenile At-Risk Located 24-078(a)

On July 22, 2024, at approximately 7:27 p.m., San Francisco Police officers responded to the 1000 block of Great Highway regarding a missing juvenile and located Kinsey Joyner. 

 

Kinsey was transported to a local hospital for a medical evaluation and reunited with family.
