The Line-Up

The Line-Up is a crime prevention tool that allows the public to get involved through social media. The goal is to get the public involved in solving cold case files by watching and identifying video surveillance of suspects committing crimes. Contact information will be listed below and the public can be anonymous if they choose. The San Francisco Police Department will be releasing one video per week of suspect(s) involved in a criminal act. Remember, you have the power to make a difference in our community. Be a crime fighter and help us in identifying these criminals.  

WANTED:LAURICE BARRETT      

Due to the help of the media and public, the suspect has been identified as 35 year old Laurice Barrett.  Barrett is wanted for robbery and animal cruelty.  The San Francisco Police Department is asking the public if they come in contact or have any information leading to the whereabouts of Laurice Barrett to contact Inspector Economus or Anonymously by the methods listed below.

MO: The suspect pictured above approached the victim’s car as she pulled over to look for her cell phone. The victim walked over to the passenger side door when the suspect leaned over then grabbed the victim’s shirt and started digging in her pockets. The suspect found a small amount of money and demanded for more. The victim’s dog still in the car, started barking at the suspect. The suspect then grabbed the victim's dog and threw the dog into the street. The dog sustained life ending injuries.
