Civil Sidewalks

Four subjects were seen sitting on the sidewalk on Haight Street. The officer conducted a computer check which confirmed that three of the subjects were previously advised or cited for civil sidewalk violations. One of the subjects was booked at Park Station, and three of the subjects were all cited and released from the scene.
